The basic two principles in pranic healing are cleansing and energy energizing of physical body.

  • May be I am one of the few persons who read this

    book "Delete Stress", at the very beginning when it got published. I know

    psadika since 2009. I was very eager to read any spiritual material written by

    him. I used to request him to write something which can be useful for common

    people . Because I personally know him, he has guided me many times & has

    cleared by doubts in healing. In fact he was the person who suggested me to do

    course of pranic healing. Delete Stress is a very useful book for those who want

    to deal with problems of day to day life. As pasadika himself has said in preface

    that this book is for housewife , businessman, executive, officials and all people

    who wish to be happy in their life. In this book he has covered in detail all the

    aspects of life, how one should overcome obstacles in the life. The causes of

    and his urge to give clear vision to readers about the topic. He has elaborated all

  • I who read the book It is makes me happy and glad to read the

    book "Delete Stress" written by Pasadika. There is a little type of manifestation

    feeling when we read a book written by our closely associated person, with

    whom we work, we discuss, share happy and sad moments, take advice and

    guidance. At a particular level in life everybody feels and face abnormalities,

    confusion, uneasy, unfocused, odd conditions, dislikeness and other

    psychological, financial, physical problems. It is important to understand why we

    Pasadika is a senior Pranic healer and senior colleague. After reading I found

    this is perfect how stress happens, understand it in very simple English

    language while the theory behind this book is excellent with the blend of Pranic
