Delete Stress is a book written by my close friend, Pasadika. I have gone through his book, it is a handbook for everyone, as he has handled the topic of stress in a very simple language that is easy to understand, followed by examples from our day-to-day lives. With this book, we can compare the different stressful situations that we have undergone right from our childhood till today.
