  • Maybe I am one of the few people who read the book "Delete Stress", at the very beginning when it got published. I've known Psadika since 2009. I was very eager to read any spiritual material written by him. I used to request that he write something that could be useful for common people. Because I personally know him, he has guided me many times and cleared my doubts about healing. In fact, he was the person who suggested I do a course of pranic healing. Delete Stress is a very useful book for those who want to deal with problems of day to day life. As pasadika himself has said in preface that this book is for housewife , businessman, executive, officials and all people who wish to be happy in their life. In this book he has covered in detail all the aspects of life, how one should overcome obstacles in the life. The causes of stress, tension , anger and main causes of defilements in life. He narrated very nicely how one should overcome it and has given a overall picture of the subject. Detail references & points from other authors shows his vast study of the topic and his urge to give clear vision to readers about the topic. He has elaborated all chapters nicely. Meditation & mindfulness gives in short what is read meditation . The concept of real meditation. I personally know that pasadika is very good in all subjects given in this book, specially regarding meditation & mindfullness. Personally I have discussed with him several times on this topic.   • I read the book It makes me happy and glad to read the book "Delete Stress," written by Pasadika. There is a little type of manifestation feeling when we read a book written by our closely associated person, with whom we work, we discuss, share happy and sad moments, and take advice and guidance. At a particular level in life, everybody feels and faces abnormalities, confusion, uneasiness, unfocus, odd conditions, dislike, and other psychological, financial, and physical problems. It is important to understand why we get such type of situations in our life. For this purpose we need a helper, trouble shooter, instructor, tutor, listener, guider in any form. This may be in form of Master, Sat guru, friends, teachers, parent, elders, family members, relatives, motivated speakers, books, positive quotes. We all are wallowing in anger, stress, anxiety, grief, pain and going in deep deep in the mud of these segments. We develop our own belief system based on feeder by others, mass beliefs, social instinct. These beliefs are become a continuous source of reaction to enhance our stress, anger, anxiety negative emotions and negative thoughts. That means we generated and nurturing all above said emotions and thought by ourselves. If we know the symptoms of any diseases then it is very easy to diagnose and treat them. The symptoms of anger, stress and anxiety are well explained "Delete Stress" book by Pasadika. "Delete Stress" is a book of synthesis of natural instinct of human being, body, yoga, mind and soul.   • I have read this book written by Pasadika. Pasadika is a senior Pranic healer and senior colleague. After reading, I found this book to be perfect for understanding how stress happens in a very simple English language, while the theory behind it is excellent with its blend of Pranic healing and yoga. I strongly recommend this book, for those who are feeling uneasy, or stressed in daily life. This is basically something everyone can read to live a happy and peaceful life. If you want to change yourself it will help you to take a step back instead of just reacting. This book will help you to deal with stress, anger without reacting them.
